Shipping Methods & Costs
Estimated shipping times and shipping costs are based on the products selected, and will be determined at checkout. Shipping costs for orders from backyardzone.com depend upon the method and option you choose and are determined by weight. Standard deliveries are handled by UPS, FedEx and DHL based on state availability. If an item in your order isn't available for immediate shipment, we will notify you and offer a substitution recommendation or provide the option of holding your order until all items are available for shipment. We cannot ship items to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Backyardzone.com does not ship on weekends and major holidays. Additionally, under extreme weather conditions Backyardzone.com reserves the right to delay the release of shipments to ensure product quality.

Tracking Your Order
To track your order, sign in to the My Account page and check the status of your delivery by clicking directly on the tracking number. Please note that it may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the carriers' site.
If you think your order is late, please note that:
Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Delivery occurs Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Credit Card Refunds
Backyardzone.com processes refunds to the credit card used at time of purchase upon receiving your returned shipment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

Backyardzone.com guarantees the quality of all our products and services. Your satisfaction is our first priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order for Customer Care assistance at customercare@backyardzone.com.
Cancelled and/or returned orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
